About me

After studying business administration with a focus on human resources in Germany, Nuremberg, I was employed in Human Resources of the BMW Group for over 30 years.

In addition to various HR management functions at locations in Germany, I lived and worked abroad for 13 years. There I performed international management tasks in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Austria and at the BMW United States headquarter for all markets and production sites in North, Central and South America. A number of HR projects for the BMW Group in Asia and Russia round off my international experience.

During my time at the BMW Group, I trained and coached individuals and high performing teams in leadership development, change processes and process improvements.

After I left the BMW Group, I am offering my wealth of experience to companies and organisations as a freelance HR consultant/trainer. My focus is on international and national Business- and HR projects.

Consulting services and trainings can be provided in German or English.
