Harald John worked for the St. Elisabeth Foundation for almost a year as an interim HR Director.
In a short period of time, he familiarised himself with the previously unknown collective agreement regulations of the AVR Caritas, took over operational responsibility, stabilised the personnel team with over 20 employees, managed an HR system migration without any disruptions and negotiated a social plan with the employee representatives in a results-oriented manner. In addition, Mr. John closely advised on strategic projects, such as the recruitment of skilled workers from abroad. His mandate ended with the successful induction of our new HR Director and we thank him very much for the valuable support he provided to our business units.
